About the role: We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative , reporting to the Senior Sales Development Manager, to be the first point of contact for nonprofits and universities reaching out to learn about Instrumentl . You’ll qualify inbound leads, run high-volume outreach to warm prospects, and set up the sales team to close, all while helping mission-driven organizations access the funding they need to grow their impact. This role is perfect for a sales professional early on in their career, or someone looking to career switch into sales, that wants to help some of the best organizations in the world. What you'll do: Inbound Lead Management Qualify and respond to inbound leads quickly, with warmth and strong attention to detail Drive top-of-funnel volume through calls and emails, with a target of 400+ dials per week Book 10+ demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach (we have people doing more than 10/week today) Win over organizations with fast follow-through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy Pipeline & Collaboration Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM to set the team up to close Learn how Instrumentl ’s value proposition applies to different types of organizations so you can engage in high-quality conversations Surf
