We're entering our next phase of growth and investing in a modern, AI-powered outbound motion — and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build it from the ground up. This isn't a script-and-dial role. It's an opportunity to be hands-on every day in shaping how AI and human effort work together to generate enterprise pipeline in the AI era. You will report to our AVP, Growth Operations, and join the Growth Marketing team, working closely with Growth Operations leadership as we scale enterprise pipeline generation through next-gen, AI-powered outbound. What You'll Own AI-assisted outbound & prospecting Execute high-volume outbound prospecting — calls, email, and social — using AI-assisted tools to draft, personalize, and enrich outreach at scale, while keeping every touch genuinely human. Intent-driven lead qualification Qualify inbound and outbound leads using intent and buying signals with our ICPs/personas, so you're prioritizing the right accounts at the right moment rather than just working volume. Multi-channel sequencing and automation Run and continuously refine multi-channel cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn using our sales engagement stack (Gong Engage and similar tools), testing where automation should do the work and where a human touch matters
