Job Description Summary: Fusion Connect is seeking a collaborative and highly organized Sales Enablement Specialist - Partner & Sales Training to support the development, onboarding, and ongoing enablement of our internal Sales and Customer Experience teams and external partner community. This role will have primary responsibility for administering and coordinating the partner onboarding experience, ensuring new partners have the knowledge, tools, resources, and training needed to effectively position and sell Fusion Connect solutions. The Sales Enablement Specialist will also serve as a sales trainer and facilitator, delivering product, solution, sales skills, process, and go-to-market training across Fusion Connect 's Sales and Customer Experience organizations and partner ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, CX, Channel, and other subject-matter experts, this individual will help identify training needs, translate complex product and business information into practical learning experiences, and develop or enhance training content and enablement resources. The ideal candidate is an engaging facilitator, strong communicator, and organized program administrator who is comfortable learning technical concepts and translating them into clear, actionable content for sellers and customer-facing teams.
