The ideal candidate must have proven sales or business development experience within the Australian insurance industry, with a strong understanding of the market, key stakeholders, and the ability to generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outreach. As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Representative You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients across Australia. You will build relationships, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and collaborate closely with the sales team to create new business opportunities. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in engaging decision-makers, and the ability to work independently while consistently achieving lead generation targets. Your Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media, email, and other outbound channels. • Identify and engage decision-makers within target organisations. • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. • Execute personalised outreach campaigns and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities. Relationship Management & CRM • Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle. • Update CRM records, track activities, and manage lead status. • Prepare reports on outreach activities and pipeline performance. Market Research • Stay up to date with trends in the Australian insura
