This role is hands‑on and leadership‑driven , responsible for revenue growth, sales strategy, team management, partnerships, and conversion optimization across the UK and international markets (USA, Canada and EU) The ideal candidate will have experience selling education, training, recruitment, or career services , with a strong understanding of consultative sales and outcome‑based offerings (job placement / job guarantee models) . Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Own and deliver sales targets for courses, traineeships, and job placement programmes. Develop and execute B2C and B2B sales strategies aligned with Fortray’s career‑accelerator model. Drive enrolments through inbound leads, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and referrals . Monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting. Team Leadership & Performance Build, manage, and mentor a high‑performing sales and admissions team .
