Sales & Operations Execution Coordinator

The S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Coordinator is the end-to-end process owner of the S&OE process responsible for managing daily and weekly operations plans, aligning demand and supply activities, and ensuring that short-term operational goals are met. The role involves close collaboration with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams to address real-time challenges and adjust plans as needed to meet customer expectations, while aligning closely with Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) processes. This person is a well-rounded individual who encompasses strong analytical and communication skills. They can work under pressure and cross-functionally, to drive alignment with limited guidance and supervision. What we’re looking for: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning. Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes is preferred. Who you are: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. APICS/CPIM certification desirable.
