We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities. What you’ll do: Monitor and analyze Frontline Productivity KPIs, identifying trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, while supporting the continuous evolution of productivity methodologies, metrics, and operational processes. Support the development and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools by partnering with Data and Analytics teams. Translate business challenges and opportunities into clear business cases, analytical requirements, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making and prioritization. Partner with country teams to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and support the implementation of global initiatives. Prepare executive presentations and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Document business rules, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across markets. Challenge existing ways
