About the role As the Sales & Strategy Operations Director , you will report directly to the VP of Sales and work cross-functional with leaders to design, scale, and optimize the operational engine driving our sales and partner channels. Following our strategic realignment to focus RevOps on pure infrastructure and revenue efficiency, you will own the business systems strategy, data pipelines, and process design that empowers our field teams to convert and scale effortlessly. You are an expert at translating high-level revenue strategies into clean system architectures, eliminating friction for sales teams, and building bulletproof data tracking for executive visibility.
