We focus on building meaningful engagement through personalized, multi‑channel communication. This role plays a key part in supporting the development, testing, and deployment of email and phone campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Sales Cloud. Key Responsibilities Development Build, test, and deploy campaign journeys in SFMC for email and phone programs, including triggered, recurring, and ad‑hoc sends. Configure and maintain CloudPages, forms, and preference centers to support data capture and campaign functionality. Create and manage audience segmentation, synchronized data extensions, data entry events, and automations. Maintain campaign assets, templates, and shared data extensions across USPS Business Units, ensuring governance, naming standards, and quality control. Set up and manage end‑to‑end data integrations, including automated Databricks‑to‑SFMC data transfers, with thorough testing, validation, and monitoring.
