Role SAP Payroll Implementation Senior Manager - DACH Activities under your Responsibilities Leader of the DACH region, consisting of Germany, Austria and Switzerland Help build a high performing team Represent the function with senior internal and external stakeholders Own business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement Keep alignment with sales to perform a capacity planning Lead initiatives, transformation programs, and change management Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact decisions Able to act as a Payroll lead / support the team with: Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams. Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery What We Are Looking For 8–10+ years of relevant professional experience in management roles.
