In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end project delivery using the SAP Activate methodology , manage cross‑functional implementation streams, and ensure successful outcomes across complex HR, ERP, and transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in driving project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence, while supporting ongoing work across our strong pipeline of SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA RISE, and hybrid SAP environments. This role can be performed remotely from the East Coast of Australia , with occasional travel for project milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to operations. Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations across various modules, ensuring strong alignment with client HR and business requirements. Oversee delivery across additional SAP workstreams ( S/4HANA , ECC, integrations, and cross‑module scenarios). Coordinate project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
