The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Lead to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Semiconductor industry . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, extensive program delivery experience, and a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, and finance processes. The Program Lead will be accountable for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, solution delivery, risk management, and business transformation across global SAP S/4HANA implementations. Requirements Deep proven experience of the Semi Conductor industry. Delivered at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. 15+ years of consulting experience. Deep knowledge of: Semiconductor manufacturing processes Supply chain planning Demand management Procurement and sourcing Inventory and logistics Manufacturing execution integration Global finance operations Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams.
