Research Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Supports late-stage cell therapy products through analytical assay development, assay qualification/validation, and sample testing activities. Contributes to the design, planning, execution, and optimization of analytical assay development activities and assay validation studies. Performs experiments, analyzes and interprets data, troubleshoots technical issues, and communicates results and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Prepares and presents scientific data in technical reports, team discussions, and departmental meetings. Provides clear and proactive status updates on assigned activities, risks, and timelines to project teams and management. Supports preparation and review of assay-related technical documentation, including protocols, methods, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical strategy and timely project execution. Contributes to laboratory operations, including ordering, organization, equipment monitoring, maintenance, and general laboratory compliance.
