What's the Role? We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to manage the gatehouse at our Mars site in Bathurst. The role has a significant amount of interaction and face to face dealings with contractors, truck drivers and couriers requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure compliance to site entry requirements. This role is 12-month Maternity leave coverage and, has the potential to stay on as a casual in the future. You will be work a 6-week roster over the 12-month coverage: Week one Wed, Thurs, Fri 6.00am to 6.00pm Week two Thurs, Fri 6.00am to 6.00pm Week three Wed, Thurs, Fri 6:00am to 6:00pm, Sat, Sun 6:00pm to 6:00am Week four Wed, Thurs, Fri 6:00am to 6:00pm Week five Thurs, Fri 6.00am to 6.00pm Week six Thurs, Fri 6:00am to 6:00pm, Sat, Sun 6:00pm to 6:00am With additional hours over Christmas and Easter need covering. Who are we looking for? You will need relevant valid security licence for New South Wales. If you have previous experience managing security duties at a gate house including maintaining and populating spreadsheets, data entry and an understanding of security and CCTV systems.
