Security & Safety Specialist- Night Shift

Summary of Position The Safety & Security Specialist is responsible for protecting Wonderful Orchards' employees, property, equipment, facilities, and agricultural assets while supporting a strong safety culture across field, shop, warehouse, and ranch operations. This position combines safety oversight, incident response, theft prevention, security patrol, and compliance support. The role requires strong observational skills, sound judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a rural agricultural environment while building effective relationships across all levels and functions. This position reports to the Sr. Safety Manager. This is an overnight role and may include weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on operational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct scheduled patrols of orchards, ranches, equipment yards, warehouses, shops, and company facilities to prevent or detect intrusion, protect property, preserve order, and identify safety concerns. Monitor for unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, theft, vandalism, trespassing, property damage, altercations, disturbances, and security alarm activity.
