Senior 2D Animator (Hraymo)

Responsibilities: Creation of in-game effects from a sketch to final implementation Creating animation and effects in After Effects, Spine; Follow pipeline and workflow standards and problem solve with Background and Compositing Teams Create natural and supernatural effects (ie. water, smoke, dust, lightning, bubbles, fire, storms, shadows, blurs, explosions, etc) which contribute to the scene Maintain and communicate a strong knowledge of innovative FX animation technologies Work with the game lead and art team to ensure the timely completion of animation assets at the desired quality bar; Serve as an active participant in team art discussions, critiques, and reviews; Requirements: Portfolio is a must; Strong animation skills; Expert in Spine, After Effects, Photoshop; 4+ years of professional animation work in games or related industries; Ability to animate in a range of styles, from realistic to exaggerated/cartoon styles; Teamwork skills; Independence; Intermediate English proficiency and above. Will be a plus: Demonstrate a broad range of hand drawn 2D FX abilities in a collaborative environment Create hand-drawn, consistent, and stylized FX designs and animation Experience in limited, tween, and symbol-based animation; Knowledge of classic animation principles.
