We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow our US presence . This is a high-impact role for a senior sales professional with strong Web3 domain knowledge and the ability to build strategic, long-term customer relationships. As a Senior Account Executive, US, you will own customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US market, working with both DeFi and CeFi organizations. Responsibilities Drive new business across the US, targeting institutional clients, exchanges, protocols, blockchains, and financial institutions entering Web3. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in DeFi and CeFi organizations. Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Become a trusted product expert and clearly position Hypernative as a critical solution for security and risk mitigation. Represent Hypernative at US-based industry events and conferences. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech sales or business development. Strong understanding of DeFi, CeFi, and institutional blockchain adoption. Proven experience closing complex, consultative sales deals. Established network within the US crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
