We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships, leading strategic marketing conversations, and helping clients maximize the value of their digital marketing investments. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, digitally savvy, data-driven, and enjoys collaborating with both clients and internal teams while working independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Manage and nurture relationships across 15+ active monthly client accounts. Lead digital marketing strategy discussions covering SEO, PPC, websites, and AI-driven visibility. Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and development teams to execute client initiatives. Manage client requests and oversee smaller website and marketing projects. Present campaign performance, insights, and results to clients. Educate clients on digital marketing strategies and available services. Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and long-term relationship building. Participate in internal meetings and client-facing strategy sessions. Build trust through proactive communication and exceptional client service.
