Senior Account Manager - IAA

IAA, an RB Global Company is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager – Commercial & Special Lines Leader to join our team. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States, with a travel element to support business needs. The Senior Account Manager is the ambassador to our customers. Responsible for leading the Commercial Lines and Special Lines end-to-end salvage process for a large-scale provider to include consulting providers on the auction process, distributing operational performance metrics, monitoring cycle times, and implementing and providing oversight for new services, processes, and geographic markets. The Senior Account Manager will also interact with IAA Operations, Sales, and corporate personnel. This role requires a strong level of organization and the ability to transition effectively between administrative, operational, and process-related functions. The person filling this role must be comfortable meeting with and communicating with senior leadership within a professional organization. The ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with external customers is a must. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Provide performance and industry insights and meet regularly with key business partners. Offer superior customer service while providing customer daily assistance with communication between IAA branches, title centers, and release centers. Support provider(s) with ad-hoc reporting requests and use data to support solutions and results. Monitor SLA compliance and work with operations and title teams to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met. Facilitate resolution of provider(s) complaints and work with necessary internal teams to address areas of concern. Find innovative solutions to solve for complex problems.
