Senior Actuary - Personal Lines Pricing About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Actuary specializing in Personal Lines Auto & Home Pricing. This pivotal role involves leading & owning pricing decisions for states in our Western region and collaborating closely with business partners. This is a key member of our leadership team, driving a partnership-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5-6 pricing actuaries & own pricing decisions for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Serve as a mentor and coach to support the career development of the team’s junior actuaries. Serve as a thought leader on actuarial methodologies, conducting & leading comprehensive analyses & work plans to ensure quality and accuracy. Engage with business partners to assess and enhance pricing capabilities in the market. Qualifications: ACAS is required; candidates with FCAS are preferred. Minimum of eight years of actuarial experience. Strong background in pricing and product knowledge, proficiency in SQL and Python are preferred. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively.
