Overview This is a full-time remote career opportunity within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. The position will require occasional travel to Lancaster, PA. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, release management, and optimization of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems. This role serves as a technical lead to HR and business stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user-friendly functionality. The incumbent translates technical concepts into accessible solutions for end users across all levels of the organization. They lead system upgrades and troubleshoot issues. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including supporting HR Leadership, mentoring peers, and supporting other HR System Administrators. Drives HRIS best practices including exploration and use of artificial intelligence and automated workflows. Responsibilities System Design, Configuration & Ongoing Administration: Supports the design, configuration, and deployment of HRIS functionality across HCM and related modules (e.g., Core, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Comp). Evaluate business processes and recommend system enhancements that streamline workflows and improve user experience.
