As a Senior Agent Product Manager , you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success — owning the full lifecycle of enterprise AI deployments from pre-sales through live implementation. You'll be the primary technical and strategic partner for our enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve real, measurable outcomes with our platform. This is a high-impact, forward-deployed role on a small, sharp team solving genuinely hard problems in AI-powered operations. This is an on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. Visa sponsorship is not available. What You'll Do Scope and lead end-to-end implementation projects that deeply embed our AI platform into customer operations, driving strategic outcomes. Own delivery and integration of our platform into enterprise customer environments, ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout. Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives, technical requirements, and the operational landscape for each deployment. Guide customers in tailoring and optimizing AI agent capabilities to solve unique operational challenges and maximize end-user resolution rates. Proactively analyze performance data to track AI effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customers realize measurable value. Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during pre-sales — assisting with proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical due diligence, and managing the transition to full implementation.
