About the role We are looking for an Sr / Staff AI Product Designer who sits at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering, a designer first, with the technical skills and AI tools to bring designs to life in production code. You'll define and build the look and feel of AI-native workflows, making complex enterprise tools feel as intuitive as the best consumer apps. We care about your design portfolio, systems thinking, and track record of shipping, not your degree. WHO YOU ARE - Designer first, engineer by growth: A product designer with a strong visual and interaction foundation. You've designed complex software products and learned to code — or are learning — because you want to ship your designs without waiting on a backlog. - Expert in design tools and systems thinking: Figma, design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns are second nature.
