Senior AI-Driven QA / Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI-Driven QA / Lead with strong expertise in Visual Studio, Selenium WebDriver, and AI-powered testing tools to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, desktop, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, and leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and quality. We are looking for a senior QA professional who combines strong automation expertise with AI-assisted testing, modern Quality Engineering practices, and a proactive approach to quality ownership. The successful candidate will perform hands-on testing and automation activities while helping drive adoption of AI-enabled Quality Engineering practices and modern software delivery approaches. Experience promoting AI adoption, knowledge sharing, or transformation initiatives related to AI-assisted testing will be highly valued. We also welcome experienced software engineers interested in transitioning into AI-driven Quality Engineering and helping drive adoption of modern AI-assisted testing practices.
