For more information, visit www.blend360.com We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and manage autonomous AI agents that support the entire sales lifecycle - from lead qualification to meeting scheduling. This role combines AI engineering, sales technology, and automation to build intelligent systems capable of researching prospects, handling customer objections, managing communications, and maintaining CRM data integrity. Design and implement autonomous AI agents to qualify inbound leads against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria. Develop AI-powered workflows that leverage external data sources and CRM history for lead enrichment and qualification. Build intelligent email agents capable of categorizing customer intent and generating context-aware responses using Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to provide AI agents with instant access to sales enablement content, including pricing, case studies, and competitive intelligence. Ensure seamless synchronization of AI agent activities with Salesforce and/or HubSpot to maintain accurate CRM records and reporting. Optimize AI agent performance through prompt engineering, reasoning loop improvements, and continuous experimentation.
