Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models and modern AI technologies. This role focuses on building scalable AI solutions, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows that solve complex business problems while integrating seamlessly with existing systems. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience building production-ready AI applications and adopting modern AI engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models. Design and implement Agentic AI solutions capable of executing multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows. Develop and maintain AI agents and agent orchestration workflows that coordinate multiple tasks, services, and external systems. Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and external services. Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Apply Spec-Driven Development practices to improve solution quality, traceability, and implementation consistency. Leverage AI-driven software development lifecycle practices to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and delivery.
