Your Mission Will Be Design and deliver AI-native workflows, including multi-agent systems and RAG solutions; Build reusable Skills, Agents, and Commands to automate the developer lifecycle; Integrate AI capabilities with internal engineering tools through Model Context Protocol (MCP); Enhance internal developer platforms, CLI tooling, and engineering intelligence; Promote AI adoption across R&D teams through PoCs, collaboration, and workflow optimization. You Will Need 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, DevOps, or Platform Engineering; At least 2 years of practical experience designing AI-powered or agentic solutions, with strong knowledge of LLM orchestration, AI workflows, and developer-focused integrations; Proficiency in multiple technologies such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar languages; Solid understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), plugin architectures, developer tooling, automation, and engineering metrics; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Would Be Awesome If You Have Contributions to open-source AI, LLM, or agentic ecosystem projects; Experience defining or tracking engineering performance metrics such as DORA, SPACE, or similar frameworks; BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
