Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics plays a key role in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable business insights that drive brand performance and support strategic decision-making. This individual contributor will partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, market access, patient support services, and commercial operations to uncover opportunities, evaluate performance drivers, and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with healthcare data expertise and a passion for translating data into meaningful business impact. Primary Responsibilities Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including medical claims, prescription data, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, and commercial datasets to identify key business performance drivers Translate business questions into structured analyses that generate actionable insights to inform brand strategy, patient journey optimization, and field execution Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting to monitor trends and measure success across the patient journey Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business decisions Evaluate data quality and identify opportunities to improve data integrity, consisten
