You'll sit at the intersection of Cybersecurity, customer trust, and go-to-market — acting as a subject matter expert who gives prospective and existing customers confidence and assurance in Freshworks' security posture. Reporting to the Manager, Cybersecurity, you'll be a hands-on technical security advisor: fielding customer questions, responding to RFPs and security questionnaires, and partnering with Security Engineering and Product Engineering to translate technical security detail into clear, customer-ready answers. This is an execution-focused role within a growing team — you'll work inside the playbooks, templates, and systems the team builds, sharpening them through direct customer contact.
