About the opportunity Xplor is building a high-impact Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business. As Analyst / Senior Analyst, Transformation, you will play a role owning the analysis and executing discrete workstreams — spanning business integration, systems and process modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will help bring structure, rigor, and momentum to work that is foundational to Xplor 's next phase of growth. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months , with the potential for extension. The Transformation team is designed as a proving ground: our hope and intent is that, at the end of the term, you'll move into a functional leadership role elsewhere in the business — bringing the relationships, context, and credibility you've built with you. Many of the skills and the visibility you'll gain here are hard to get anywhere else in the organization. A core thread of this role is helping shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor — rethinking how customer support, customer success, and sales operate in an AI-enabled world. You won't just support this shift; you'll help design it. You'll work across a mix of transformation initiatives that could include things like integrating newly acquired businesses, modernizing core systems and tools, and applying AI to reshape how customer support, success, and sales operate. Depending on scope, your work may span: Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes. Lead the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions. Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
