What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales, our ability to make fast, confident, data-informed decisions is critical. As a Senior Analytics Engineer in AI Help Experience (AIHX) group within User Voice org, you’ll sit at the intersection of data engineering and analytics. Your focus will be on transforming raw event and product data into clean, scalable, well-documented data models that enable product teams to deeply understand how our internal tools are being used - and where they deliver value to users. You’ll operate with growing independence - solving moderately complex data problems, applying established modelling best practices, and contributing to improvements in User Voice’s reporting ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers and Engineers, building strong partnerships while deepening your craft. At the moment, this role is focused on: Lead & contribute to the optimisation of the data warehouse performance to achieve operational excellence, such as production stability & reliability, incident response and review.
