Senior Application Support Engineer

Join Bally’s Intralot as a Senior Application Support Engineer! Your Role: As a Senior Application Support Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of our applications. You will handle complex production issues, contribute to system optimizations, and mentor junior team members. Your responsibilities include: Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents at the 2nd level within the agreed SLAs. Performing root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and mitigate recurring issues. Enhancing and optimizing existing monitoring and alerting systems ( Nagios, Grafana, NewRelic ). Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, and QA) to improve system stability. Reproducing incidents in test environments and validating fixes before deployment. Owning problem tracking and resolution , ensuring continuous service improvement. Providing guidance and technical support to junior team members.
