The Crown Is Yours As a Senior Associate Delivery Manager, you'll guide high-impact initiatives from planning through launch with clarity, structure, and momentum. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to keep roadmap priorities moving, risks visible, and delivery outcomes on track. In this role, you'll bring transparency to complex software development work, strengthen Agile practices, and help teams make informed decisions that support faster, more predictable execution. What You’ll Do Lead delivery across multiple teams or workstreams within a domain, making sure initiatives align with roadmap priorities and move forward with clear ownership. Own planning and execution for key initiatives, including timelines, coordination, rollout plans, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication. Provide clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and changes across your domain. Strengthen Agile practices across teams, helping maintain delivery standards, improve team maturity, and support consistent execution. Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies, leading recovery efforts when delivery health is at risk. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align execution with domain goals and contribute to roadmap planning discussions.
