About the Role We're seeking an experienced capital raiser who understands how family offices and sophisticated investors allocate capital. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for originating and developing relationships with family offices, high-net-worth investors, RIAs, multifamily offices, and institutional allocators while raising capital across InvestX 's private market investment platform. You'll represent differentiated investment opportunities in some of the world's most sought-after private technology companies while partnering directly with senior leadership to help drive the firm's next phase of growth. Success in this role requires someone who is entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and comfortable building long-term investor relationships from first introduction through commitment and ongoing portfolio support. Location: United States – Remote, or Hybrid (3 days in office) New York What You'll Do Capital Formation Raise capital for InvestX funds and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Develop and execute fundraising strategies across family offices, HNW investors, RIAs, and institutional investors. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors. Source new LP relationships through your existing network and proactive business development. Lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence
