Senior Automation Test Engineer (Selenium/ Katalon)

Design, build, and maintain the test automation framework using Katalon, including reusable common keywords/functions, test data preparation, and error/exception handling. Develop, execute, and stabilize automated test scripts across web (cross-browser: Chrome, Edge, Safari), mobile app (iOS / Android), and API testing. Integrate the suite into the client’s CI/CD pipeline (JIRA, GitLab); review and peer-review test cases and scripts. Report results and automation ROI (pass/fail, defects, coverage); maintain test strategy, test plan, and best-practice docs for handover. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to the client’s QA engineers and support handover and enablement. Participate in sprint planning and collaborate closely with the Scrum team and client stakeholders to provide test recommendations.
