Who You Are You have experience integrating, extending, and implementing the Backbase digital banking platform. You have strong experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using .NET and C#. You have worked in professional services, consulting, or agency environments and are comfortable interacting directly with clients. You can manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables. You are passionate about technology and solving complex business challenges. You can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture. You collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, and Engineers. You are proactive, consultative, and comfortable leading technical discussions with stakeholders. You value writing clean, maintainable, testable code and mentoring other developers.
