What You’ll Do This is a highly autonomous role. You'll work independently, taking full ownership of complex, end-to-end initiatives from initial scoping all the way to production. You'll build and evolve the backend services that power Honeycomb's data platform, enabling reliable, scalable, and efficient data processing across the organization. Take ownership of complex services and features, working independently to deliver high-quality solutions and use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) as a natural accelerant in your daily workflow Play a key role in refactoring systems to build more robust, scalable, and streamlined services, including deep infrastructure
