The Role: We are looking for a data-driven Senior BI Developer with a mastery of Tableau to design, build, and maintain our enterprise-level business intelligence infrastructure. In this role, you won't just build dashboards—you will act as the bridge between raw data and executive strategy. You will lead the development of highly optimized, scalable visual analytics, establish data modeling best practices, and mentor junior developers. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience working as a BI Developer or Data Analyst, with at least 3+ years dedicated exclusively to advanced Tableau development. Deep experience writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries, joins, and stored procedures. Proven experience working with modern cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift) and understanding dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas). Strong ability to synthesize complex quantitative analysis into clear, actionable visual insights for executive leadership.
