Position summary Ayoroa Simmons is seeking a Senior BIM/VDC Project Manager to lead model-based coordination and digital delivery across complex AEC projects, while supporting client relationships, strategic pursuits, and firm growth. The ideal candidate brings technical credibility and client-facing leadership, managing BIM/VDC execution, advising project teams, and representing the firm in pursuits. This is a fully remote role with some travel expected. Key responsibilities BIM/VDC project leadership Align BIM/VDC scope, schedule, budget, and staffing with overall project goals. Lead BIM/VDC execution from pursuit and preconstruction through construction and closeout, including BIM Execution Plans, model coordination strategies, and deliverable schedules. Serve as primary BIM/VDC point of contact for owners, design teams, contractors, trade partners, and internal staff. Establish QA/QC protocols for models, documentation, and coordination milestones; identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.
