What you'll be doing: As our Senior Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll own the visual expression of our brand across every surface and evolve it for the next chapter of growth. This is a high-ownership design role. You’ll build upon the success we've had to date to lead and execute brand across web, social, event campaigns, video/podcast assets, and sales enablement – building systems that make quality scalable. Success in this role means the Forma.ai brand feels cohesive and premium across every touchpoint, production speeds up without sacrificing quality, and the team operates with clear, reusable systems that scale as volume increases.
