The Opportunity We are looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow Distribusion's airport transfer segment across Europe , taking full technical commercial ownership on: identifying gaps in coverage, converting new operators, sharpening execution across markets, and making our tech product easy to buy. What you will do Own the commercial strategy for Distribusion's airport transfer segment across Europe, ensure consistent execution across locations and identify opportunities to deepen market presence Identify gaps in coverage, engage new airport transfer operators, and convert them onto Distribusion's platform through a compelling value proposition Develop the sales story and materials t hat make a complex omnichannel product easy to buy for a new category of partners Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders , including airport transfer operators, airports and airport authorities, and local industry partners Work closely with tech, product, retail, and finance teams to ensure smooth integration, ramp-up, and ongoing operations of the airport transfer segment Create feedback loops between market activity and product , surfacing what works, what doesn't, and what needs to change Workplace: T
