The Senior Business Development Manager will drive the execution of Greenhouse 's partner strategy and own a portfolio of high-impact strategic partners across our ecosystem. This role sits within the Corporate Development & Strategy team and will turn strategic partnership priorities into signed deals, live integrations, and measurable revenue outcomes. You'll lead how Greenhouse builds, structures, and grows strategic partnerships, working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to both launch new integrations and deepen existing relationships. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role for someone who wants to identify and deliver new growth and meaningful impact through our ecosystem.
