Job Summary Aretum is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst supports the centralization and improvement of procurement request processes by developing intake tools, standardized workflows, and operational tracking solutions. This role coordinates with internal customers, program offices, contracting stakeholders, and leadership to improve intake accuracy, streamline triage, and provide clear visibility into workload, risks, and processing timelines. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain centralized procurement request intake forms, workflows, templates, and dashboards to support standardized data collection and efficient routing. Review and triage incoming procurement requests, validate documentation for completeness, identify missing information, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues before routing. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, communication templates, and process guidance to promote consistent and efficient operations. Build and maintain tracking and reporting tools that provide visibility into request volume, workload distribution, processing timelines, backlogs, risks, and bottlenecks.
