Job Summary Equinix is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Purchasing/Procurement to join our Bangalore office. In this role, you will serve as the functional and systems expert for Procurement processes and technology solutions, partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other business stakeholders to drive process excellence and digital transformation. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable procurement solutions, optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, and supporting global procurement initiatives across Oracle and related procurement platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise in Oracle Purchasing/Procurement with exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, and solution design skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering business value through process standardization, automation, system enhancements, integrations, and adoption of best-in-class procurement practices that support Equinix's global operations.
