As a Senior Business Systems Developer, you will shape the technology that powers our global operations, turning complex challenges into scalable solutions. The Business Systems Solutions department builds and maintains systems and solutions for the company that keeps our internal operations running smoothly. By integrating custom-built software with third-party products, the team drives efficiency, scalability, and sustainability across the business. You will collaborate with Technical Leads and Software Architects to deliver robust software solutions, utilising and driving the adoption of the latest AI-assisted development practices whilst also driving the integration of AI within our software solutions where appropriate. Your focus will be on coding, ensuring quality, and fostering continuous improvement.
