Our first condition in the market is malnutrition, with additional conditions on the near-term roadmap. CGCA is in an early and pivotal stage of its product lifecycle. We have a beta product live at a number of partner sites and are iterating quickly toward a confirmed, sellable scope. Each implementation directly shapes the product, the playbook, and the commercial model — including a free 2-month pilot structure that converts to a paid contract on the strength of demonstrated outcomes. As a Client Success Partner on the CGCA team, you will sit inside Product and act as the face of CGCA to our earliest clients. You will own the end-to-end client experience during the pilot and early production phases — managing the implementation, building deep relationships with clinical leaders and frontline dietitians, ensuring pilots convert, and feeding learnings directly back into product strategy.
