WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll be joining the Global Compensation team within Total Rewards. We design and manage programs that motivate and retain top talent globally, providing a consistent and inclusive pay experience for all employees regardless of location. As Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt continue to integrate, you will play an execution-focused specialist role supporting the delivery of unified compensation frameworks rather than acting as a Compensation Business Partner. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: GLOBAL FRAMEWORK INTEGRATION & JOB ARCHITECTURE - Harmonise global frameworks: Play a key role in unifying compensation frameworks across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo by supporting the evolution of our global job architecture and salary range structures. - Maintain architecture & governance: Support the ongoing maintenance and governance of global job architecture, salary ranges, and benchmarking methodologies to ensure consistency as the business scales.
