Position Overview: The Senior Compliance Systems Analyst supports compliance-related system and process initiatives by serving as the day-to-day subject matter resource for assigned regulatory areas. This role is responsible for evaluating regulatory requirements, conducting first-pass research and analysis, helping design how requirements should function within the loan origination system and related workflows, and supporting the implementation of compliance-related changes. This role serves as a compliance subject-matter expert for designated LOS functionality, helping to establish, maintain, and continuously improve system behavior in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Senior Compliance Systems Analyst operates at a level above pure testing execution by owning assigned workstreams, drafting and refining requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping move changes from analysis through implementation and validation.
