Position Overview:The Business Advisory Services Senior Consultant is responsible for leading complex telecommunications carrier projects involving IP migration, interconnection agreement negotiations, numbering and porting services, regulatory support, and budget management. This role serves as a subject matter expert for internal teams and clients, helping clients navigate technical, operational, contractual, and regulatory requirements while supporting service continuity and business growth. Responsibilities Lead IP migration initiatives, including first-time migrations, network rearrangements, and transitions from TDM-based connectivity to IP-based solutions. Negotiate and manage ICA/IP agreements, coordinating with carriers, clients, and regulatory bodies to support compliant and commercially sound outcomes. Supervise and develop one direct report by assigning work, reviewing progress, providing guidance, and supporting professional growth.
