Senior Consultant Relations Manager - EAP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Relations Mangers to lead consultant growth and expand market share across the United States and globally, supporting organizations with both domestic and multinational footprints. This role is central to driving sales through direct broker/client partnerships, and strategic alliances while collaborating cross-functionally with Business Development Representatives, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. You will play a key role in shaping growth within our Integrated Health Solutions portfolio, including EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), helping organizations improve employee wellbeing through innovative and impactful solutions.
